Christmas Fruit Cake 10 to 12 slices candied pineapple 1 small box dates 1 large package candied cherries 1 large package frozen coconut 7 cups pecans 2 cans Eagle Brand milk 1 cup flour Chop pineapple, dates and cherries............. add flour and mix well............... then add coconut and pecans and stir again....... add the Eagle Brand milk and mix well....... line cake pans with waxed paper................... cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven....... this will make a very large cake in a tube pan or 3 nice~sized loaves in loaf pans.............. |
